icon A note from Principal Hunter

Welcome to Northview Middle School!

My name is JD Hunter and I am honored to serve as principal of Northview Middle School. At Northview, we are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our 8th and 9th grade students and aim to prepare our students to thrive in an ever-changing world.

The transition from lower middle school to upper middle school marks a significant milestone in our students’ lives, filled with opportunities for increased independence, new friendships, and engaging in diverse activities. This journey, while challenging at times, is also incredibly rewarding for both students and their families.

Our staff is committed to providing a student-first mindset, ensuring the success and well-being of each young adolescent we serve. We highly value the partnership with our students’ families, fostering trust, respect, and consistent communication. Together, we will strive to create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their full potential.

I look forward to working with you to make Northview an amazing place for your child to learn and grow. Thank you for being part of our community. Go Jaguars!
