Northview Announcements
New 'Child Work Permit' Process
In the past, local school officials have issued Iowa Child Labor Work permits.  Effective June 1, school administrators will no longer be issuing Work Permits.  Youth, parents and employers will now complete a simplified form.  The form and instructions are available on the Division of Labor website at www.iowaworkforce.org/labor/childlabor.htm.  Questions can be directed to iachildlabor@iwd.iowa.gov.

Any Work Permit applications that have already been submitted to the school will continue to be processed.
